Good for midday, but the tones on the truck are blown out (or was it that faded to begin with?) Feels a tad dry, perhaps try to increase saturation, contrast with curves in photoshop, but keep the highlights under control. The sky needs to be a truer blue, there are tricks for that.

My favorite photo form the lot, hands down. Great sky, great shadows on the ground.

This photo is great, but, the sky is too bright. I'm not sure if it could be dodged. The solution is an orange filter, but its a bit late for that.

So, we're going to play a game. It's called "guess the decade". Do not cheat.

This is really more like journalism - that's what my photography is getting to be with my
new digicam. Which, I like. I want to, in the future, cease to write words in my blog for an
entire month - only post pictures. I'm very interested in how one tells stories with different
mediums. Can any of you discern the story from this picture?
-
Seriously, make certain not to shoot your 28-85 wide open if you are
shooting contrasty negative film. You will get garbage like this (and
this is after lowering the contrast). Other than that, I really like
this shot. Perhaps intense dodging and burning could salvage it.

Before the audience arrives, before the lights go down, before the
sax player gets off the drum kit...

I don't know if any one of your photos has really gotten what it seems like you are trying to convey, but you're getting close. Keep trying. For me, it's the facial expression that makes or breaks the photo.

The fruit of some experimentation. What do you think?

I think this is a wonderful picture. Possibly the best fisheye shot I've ever seen.
-
I don't think so, if it really bothers you I could photoshop it out; it's not covering any difficult information.
-
Anyone remember these?

I really like this photo, I like "Garden of Eden" even more. Concerning this one, I'm intrigued into the fact you say that you used tungsten film during daylight? Is this how you get the blue, cold look? I think it's wonderful. Did you use a fill flash aswell?
-
I'm sorry to say this, it goes against everything I believe it. But still...fill flash.

He's wearing a nametag! Which is a picture of himself on the same
evening!

multiple exposure @ 4fps, handheld. What do you think?
