If you don´t speak Spanish you are missing an important part of the picture (I´ll try to explain you): In the sign over the girl it reads: We sell here ice, Mabi (a sweet beverage from plant roots), ice cream and SOMETHING ELSE, but don´t explain what else. Note that there is a small arrow pointing to the girl, so you can think that she is selling itself (prostitution?). But it really don´t mean that, it is just a coincidence, that adds some "spice" to the picture. Thanks for your comment.
