2.5x Telephoto lens won't focus using Olympus C-700 in Olympus Posted February 10, 2004 I recently purchased a 2.5x Digital Optics Pro High Resolution Telephoto lens for by Olympus C-700 camera. From all the information I found on this lens before I bought it, it is supposed to work with the auto focus on the camera. It does not focus at all. Very blurry, no matter the distance. Even tried manual focus, no luck! Has anyone else used a telephoto lens on the Olympus C-700 Series cameras?? What results have you had? I'm wondering if I have a defective lens!?!?
