MF scanning in Medium Format Posted July 19, 1999 I have been using a Nikon SuperCoolscan for my 35's and I love it. I have since moved into the MF world and I need to way to get good quality 6x7's scanned into the computer. I found a service bureau that does it for $18 per frame but this is going to add up after a while. Does anyone know a cheaper bureau or a good quality desktop scanner that will handle this format at high resolution? I have had some luck with scanning in 8x10 B&W prints on a 1200 dpi scanner into PhotoShop, file about 100megs but there has to be a better way. Ed Messina
