Lots of Light in the Southern Rockies, sometimes hard to get the sky

Here is a nice blue sky from Oregon, i find that certain places reveal bluer deeper skies, the PNW, The Rocky mountains, and on the east coast its Late Summer , Autum, and mid winter. Here is a blue sky from Oregon.<div></div>

When taking pics in the Southern Rockies, it seem there is so much

light, often revealing great pictures with minimul effort.<div></div>

In one day, i took a KNFNP tour boat trip out to view wildlife and an

active calving glacier. I witnessed and photo'd killer whales,

eagles, puffins, incredible sea bird rookeries, minke whale, gray

whale, dalls porpise, and the calving glacier, in one 8 hour day. The

boat trips leave out of Seaward Alaska, with food and heated large

inner cabin rooms. Denali National Park is 7 hours north, and That

IS another incredible place for landscape and wildlife photography.

Just thought i might let you all know, i went up last summer, and it

blew my mind!!<div></div>

A strange but very scenic place, Deserts, Ocean, Rain forests,

Glaciers, Rivers, Loggers and Hippies.<div></div>

i spend two weeks roaming around Alaska with a tripod and a canon ae

1, went through 32 rolls of film, Loved it, you have to see it to

believe it. Denali-Kenai fjords. its a vLandscape Photographers dream!
