Personally I like some of the other shots in your portfolio better than this one. I find the subject a little weak and it looks over sharpened (halos around edges).

Feels a little underexposed to me.

The image looks fantastic! The only thing I'd say is that the ND filter looks a little too harsh on the mountains for my liking.
