She is pretty and you have captured her beautifully.

Lovely image.

Looks like you were in one of the ballons. Must be quite an experience!
-
Saw this in large size - very nice. The reflection and the floating ballons looks great.
-
Quite like the use of the reflection on the still waters. Did you get to sit on those charis? :)

Lovely image Alec. Seems like such a peaceful place and nice clear view of the mountains in the distance! I love your composition, the colours and the feel of the image.

Went to a hotel couple of days back, and in the morning light saw
this lovely flower (Gerbera)kept on my table. I just had to
take this picture in the available direct-Sunlight with no flash or
filter used. Bit of PS to remove the background table at the bottom
and other than that, just minor edit. Would love your feedback and
suggestions. Please also critique <http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?

This picture captures a slighted wider shot as compared to the
previous post. The green grass and the leaves in the evening Sun
gives a relaxed feel.

Firstly, let me thank you for your comments and helpful suggestions. I could not go below F2.8 so it wasn't possible to do a shallower depth of field. Only way would be to do it in PS but I didn't want to upload a touched up image.
The background was selected to show the relaxed atmosphere of the garden and the leaf for colour. Yes I could crop closer but then I wanted to caputre the location into the frame as well as the persno. I have a few more images uploaded which give different angles and shots. Hope you like them. Thanks for your suggestions.

Please critique this image shot in the evening light as the Sun went
down in Mumbai, India.

I'm sorry about the large size, this is the first time that I'm posting a picture and I didn't know about the size, next time I shall follow that. I was under the mistaken impression that the server would resize the image as required. My apologies.

Was driving down near my house and was enchanted with the street
lights of the road around the area where I live. Got out of the car,
pulled out the tripod and shot it. This was late at night and lot
less people than one would otherwise find. The zipping car leaving a
trail of its tail light was a nice bonus.

Lovely smile and the close crop and in-the-face shot gives a greater connect. Her innocense comes through with this image.
