    Between December 5, 2002 and January 12, 2002, Ottawa is flooded with 270 000 scintillating lights which are lit every evening. The Christmas Lights Program was launched in Ottawa in 1985 by the National Capital Commission (NCC). You may check out the Christmas lights festival on the Internet via an image passed on by a video camera located in front of the Parliament building.
