Photograph taken during the restoration of San Xavier Mission in
Tucson Arizona. Subject was 35 feet up in top of dome on
scaffolding where he was photographed with an 8x10 camera using his
work lights to illuminate him and the wall to his left. Original
print in hand coated platinum palladium metals of Cranes paper.

I used artist spot lights to light the artist. They had no hot spots. One on the artist from the right, and one from behind him to light the wall on his left. GA

papers used in combination with copper plate engraving.

heliar lens and a Noba studio camera.

Wearing contemporary apache clothing, photographed on an overcast
day with an 11x14 Wisner camera, and printed with hand coated
platinum palladium metals. Image is in the Smithsonian National
Anthropological Archive.

piece of film was exposed. Soft focus attained by focusing on
foreground. Shot with a 250 wide field ectar and printed with hand
coated platinum metal salts.
