  1. it's way too easy to search on someone's name and with one or at most two more pieces of obtainable information figure out who they are and where they live (plus a who lot more)
  2. Yes, sorry you need to post peoples real names. Too easy for thieves to figure out what I have and where I live.
  3. So I guess when the new forum was created you changed my username to my actual first and last name. Not happy. Please delete me from this website. Can't find anyway to delete my name.
  4. Nice Canon IID2 that seems to be working in all respects. The RF is bright and accurate, VF is clear, shutter speeds sound accurate. It has the take-up spool. The Industar lens looks haze and fungus free. I haven't used this in a while but it was nice little camera. I think it's a IIFD2 but given the fantastic array of Canon RF from this period, differing only in minor details, makes it;s confusing to pin down which model it is. I've represented the camera to the best of my ability. If you buy it and think I'm wrong I'll gladly take it back - minus shipping charges.
  5. Is it possible to get pictures of F2A - Serial # 80xxxxx in mostly excellent minus cosmetic condition. Unfortunately, the prism release button on the back of the camera doesn't depress, so you can't remove the prism. Viewfinder is very dirty. Meter is about 1-1/3rd stops off. Asking $50. If too much trouble I'll just take it sight unseen
  6. Thom Hogan in the "The Nikon Field Guide" states there are 12 improvements and any body after 2350000 have all 12 improvements. Most of the improvements are substantial. The F4 was an ugly, ungainly beast that does everything with every Nikon lens ever made that no model before or after can do.
  7. Ben, I have a nice D200 setting on the shelf if you're still looking for one. Also 2 nice Nikkor zooms. Drop me a line if you're still looking beemermark hotmail com
  8. I love the lens but between the 16 fisheye and the 21 in my stable it just doesn't get used that much. It is amazing how much wider 3mm is from 21mm though.
  9. $425 includes shipping in the US, Paypal accepted. Fees included. Seems I no longer get notified of replies so if interested contact me at beemermark@hotmail.com
  10. Great glass, no cleaning marks, fungus, haze or other bad stuff. Small dent in filter ring, repaired but the lens can only mount one ver y narrow filter without vignetting - you cannot use a polarizer or hood. Fantastic rectangular lens, I think about the widest full frame possible. I bought it new back in the 80's(?) or whenever it came out.
