17-35/2.8 is for 35mm film cameras such as F5, F100 and F80 etc. 17-55/2.8 is for DIGITAL cameras D100 and D70 ONLY. It's image circle is not large enough to cover conventional 135 negative film or slide. You can't use it on 35mm film camera. And it's focal length should be multiplied by 1.5 (that means it will be 25.5mm-82.5mmm) when compared with 35mm film camera lens.

What should be the resonable prices of the following used leica R

lenses (3-cam, non-rom) in Hong Kong? (1) 35/2, 50/2, 90/2 summicron;

I know that there are some versions of the Leica R wide angle lenses.

It is really a heavy lens. 11 elements, 8 groups, 740g.
