Beautiful color. The eye is drawn to the red and green in the foreground and then moves up to the breathtaking mountain. It would have been even better if there were no fog/mist. Nice work.

The female on the left was getting really mad at the dominant and very
persistent big male on the right. Notice the foaming mouths.
The "courtship" went on for the better part of the morning. She finally
took off over the hill with the bully in pursuit. Not sure what happened
aftet that.

Bellisimo! Tack Sharp focus and obviously great timing. I'm just getting around to photographing birds and I know I can learn a lot from you.
I'm curious to know what you did, if anything, to blur our the background in post-processing. The detail says you shot at F9.9 so I would have expected more distraction behind the birds.
