This literally took my breath away... Looked away while the Photo.net page was loading, when I looked back... Wow. The first thing I saw was not the flowing water - for an instant didn't recognize it as a flowing water shot at all, but I guess my brain keyed in on basic elements of design which is what makes these types of shots work. (and so rare in most!) This has got to be the best of this type of shot I've seen. Great POW pick!

Absolutely Gorgeous! Definitely not your run-of-the-mill sunset photo!

Thanks for the comments. When I saw these apts. it literally took my breath away because of the photo possibilities. I cropped the bottom off because of a landing that was distracting (you can see part of it in the lower right corner) extended the whole length of the picture.

This is not a photoshop enhanced image! (Other than a little
sharpening) This was taken at night in Singapore. ISO 1600, using a
parked car for a "tripod". These are the actual colors of the
apartments.

Was photographing this plant (Ginger plant I think)when from the
other side popped a spider... Didn't notice the ant until after I
had the picture on screen. (Background has been all blacked out in
Photoshop.)

Nice lighting on this... no distracting background... Really like your other work in your portfolio too!

A favorite...

This has such an exquisite and elegant feel to it. Almost looks like a very fine painting. (had to go read your comments to see) Excellent work with editing software!

Great facial expression... Wonder what would happen if you tried cropping a little tighter, and maybe even rotating the photo a few degrees clockwise?

Wow - don't know whether to be happy or sad when looking at this one. It's certainly powerful.

Interesting composition and part of the whole.

Cold outside today (for East Texas)... Always wanted to photograph
some of this stuff hanging off the trees... went outside, grabbed a
handful, brought it inside... this is the result.
