Another cracking good shot. Your portfolio is awesomely powerful with genuine emotion. Bravo sir!

Very powerful image.

Very nice, I will be trying this technique. Thanx
-
Very nice, unusual too. Is that the king walking round the corner in the background - avoiding having his picture taken by any chance??

The Kursaal amusement arcade has been a feature of Southend seafront
longer than I have been alive, and it has been completely rebuilt in
the past few years after a being all but destroyed by a major fire.
The buildings main feature has always been its intensely exciting
lights, especially on the dome, and thats what I wanted to capture
with this shot. I have used PS6's neon light filter to highlight the
lighting and remove all other features of the building, and then
added the fireworks as a seperate layer. The fireworks were taken on
the same day, but in a different location (there is only a housing
estate behind the Kursaal now). So what do you think..?

This is truly awesome, well done!

Great pictures but I dont think the two different formats work together (portrait and landscape). It feels a bit unbalenced to me
-
Well conceived and laid out, I find the reflection of the right candle a little distracting though

Wow. One of my favourites of the type so far

I prefer this version from the one you posted a few days ago. Works much better as a picture of a picture than a stand alone image

Beautiful, very well done

A vertigo inducing view of a spiral staircase. No manipulation other
than to tweak the contrast level slightly
-
Whatever your on - I'll have a double! LOL!
-
Nice, very subtle

Nice shot, I do like water reflections and this is a great example. Shame the sky is so underexposed would be my only criticism
-
Excelent picture. You clearly have a fine artistic eye. I agree that photography is no longer bound to the medium of film, and i think you are to be congratulated on your courage to present this image. I suspect you may be heavily criticised for it, but hope not! Good luck

The crowd in the foreground definately make this picture, especially the silouette against what I guess is the bonfire (?). I'm yet to take a picture of fireworks that I'm happy with, so I will be watching to see what advice you receive.

Yes much better exposure on the coloured area. I really like Framed Pumpkin (0) from your gallery too. Good work
-
Lovely texture, I have to wonder how it would look in colour though
-
Good storytelling, especialy the coldness of the girls eye. Cropping spot on!
