Very nice picture, burning the edges of mountain profiles will help balance the dark sillohete and shadow, and will also create distict layers, isolating the person and his lonely shadow..!

Shot on a very cold morning

Look at the background, it distracts. Also placing the subject in one of the cardinal sweet spots may help, and letting the branch emerge from a corner would guide the eye to the flower, help with saturation is also required to bring out the color and some degree of contrast.

This was an excellent view, but your capture has diminished its granduer, suggest using another lens to prevent keystoning, and maybe moving back a bit to get more interesting elements in the scene.

Go into PS and choose the crop tool, and adjust to slightly smaller than frame, then hold the side marker and pull down or up to correct horizon
