Snapping some shots on the street in Paris. Please let me know what
you think.

Perhaps a tighter crop may add some more impact.

Came across this on a walk near Garmish Germany.

Love the colors, Try some dodging and burning to give the immage some more depth.

A gate on the river Semois in Bouillon Belgum.

Mike, I don't know if the Rebel has a depth of field preview but if it does it it good to get in the habbit of using it. I think on this one your depth of field is too far back.
by the way if you like shooting flowers you should check out the green houses over at Como, on a sunny day the light is perfect in the morning in there.
Keep shooting and most of all have fun.

Lately I have been shooting allot at a river, I think capturing
movement on film is intresting with the textures it creates.

I did some with the levels, my knowlege of how to use that is still limited. I changed the BW to RGB and did a color change to get the tone then a lot of dodgeing and burning.

I really like the contrast and the soft natural tones. I think the black crest of the wave on the left and the people on the right create a nice lateral line for the eye. It flows. Good job.
