The interesting thing about these critters is their non-evolution. They have not changed a lick in 300 million years. This is an intriguing trait of most of the living fossils. As with all organisms, the more they deviate from the original design, the more fragile they get.

My favorite one thus far is here.
Went to a local state park and spotted the dear. I snuck behind some trees and waited.

They only need one card with the Cape Cod image, and I didn't think anyone but me would create a custom card, with their logo, for them for $3. I'm attempting to do them a favor as a "thank you" for
thr 200+ cards they do buy from me.

Slim chance I know, but here it goes:
I have a customer who needs a Cape Cod photo (Landscape/Nature) on a
greeting card. I dont have this image and am willing to trade one of
my hi-res images on www.showmephoto.com for a hi-res (1500x2100 pix).
thanks for your help,
jim

No need to by a digital camera to get 1.6x zoom. Just crop your scan and then make the crop larger by 1.6x. You'll end up with the same thing, if not better with a higher resolution scanner.

Lets us also never forget to acknowledge and thank the true Creator
of all things "natural".
Its His original handywork we photograph
and profit from. Do we even acknowledge He exists anymore and give
Him some credit ?

If you like steam trains you may want to check out the
"Camp 5 Farm" aka "Lumberjack Special" in Laona Wi. $13/adult gets you
a 40 min. round trip ride to their logging museum. Also check out
their pontoon boat ride one the mighty Rat River.
