I would consider zooming in on the man. His intense look is very appealing. For me, he draws the viewer in to his focus.

I would call this "a sea of thatch". It looks like waves of thatch rolling along.

Thanks for the pat on the back, Jeff. I like this type of photo art and enjoy experimenting with my images.

It's a little on the dark side. Might be the upload creating the darker effect.
Lots of color is evident.

Being from the Cary, NC area, the first thought I had of this was "home". The colors in the Raleigh area can be so vibrant at times. Also, as in this photo, you get a good deal of reflective color on objects. The lighting being kept behind the tree really helped you maintain the depth of color commonly found in the surroundings for that time of year. However, even I wouldn't rule out a hint of PS work in colors.
It's the focus that is off, just a little, for me. Still, a nice photo.

Very warm moment of "helping" in nature. Nice setting you captured.

Not boring. Quite the opposite. Composition is great! Sky appears to be setting this shot up for you. Tree is excellent relief object. You've quite a good eye for detail in your sunset photo's. There is another sunset shot in your portfolio that is very nice. Well done.

Yes! I saw yours too! I still need to view the kudbegood file. I love it when so many people all see the same thing and take photo's of it. It shows that we all see something different.

Yes, Edward. I am using a digital camera. I have a new sony F717 that I am learing. I've seen many photo's on here using that camera and they're all really good. Even the not so good ones aren't terribly poor quality.

Pretty color!

Ouch! Bet that makes'em stick real still. :(

This is really haunting with the clouds around the moon. Kinda smokey effect on its own. I like it for a first time. You should go see mine. Or, maybe you have. I didn't get this detail but I sure have a swirl of clouds. This camera is not so easy at first.
On a personal note...
You are one of the few people who give really constructive feedback on here. Your thoughts are normally very well thought out and very positive as well as funny. You really have a great attitude.

This is really scary. It's a cross between a pen and ink and a photo. You're really getting good at this, TC.

Clearly, this couple knows what will happen if they step into the light. Maybe....just maybe, they're not ready. Did anyone stop to assimilate that part of the equation?
The grande cathedral really works for me. I love the drama it brings to the obviously meek humans standing just outside its entrance.

Maybe show the one where they caught something. :) I don't even see a cooler. What's up with this? Great looking setting. Good balance too.

I don't know why just yet, but something about this photo appeals to me. I wish the feet were not cut out. The seagull in the background is cool. The sky is heavenly in the layers of clouds. The lighting is really good. This is pretty good. A little work on composition and you'll be on your way.

Interesting. The reality of a little known fact that we "ponder" in black and white while our dreams are usually in color. hmph. Interesting.

This is lovely Ann, but would you mind editing out the crease in the bride's makeup beside her mouth. For this close of a shot, her face needed to be touched up first. Because of the problems created by makeup.
The photo is lovely. Very soft lighting.

Composition is really nice in this!

Thanks for taking the time to comment. I may need to see if I can preset both shutter and aperture on this camera. It is fairly new for me so I am still learning what it will do.
