Here is a neighbor's daughter. She is very camera friendly and looked
forward to taking more pictures.

Adjusted brightness and contrast to get this effect. Taken in early
lignt.

Another look at macros. What are your thoughts.

Trying out something new. What are you thoughts? Comments are
welcome. The image should be a bit out of focus overall. It is meant
to simulate a Holga camera.

Would like feedback.

Your thoughts? This photo was taken in an abandoned swimming pool
facility. This is the paint peeling off the ceiling from years of
neglect. The photo is actually turned on its right side. I liked the
look it produced.

Is the back and forth curve too wandering?

I think the addition of the ball was an excellent choice. He probably looked interesting with his leg in the air with no ball. I would recommend adding a bit of motion/blur to the ball and would edit out the shoestring that is pointing up. Great capture.

Any suggestions?

In response to the previous comment on the correct spelling of Surreal.
sur·re·al - Having qualities attributed to or associated with surrealism: Even with most facilities shut down... a few mavericks managed to slip into the park to sample the almost surreal emptiness before the shutdown ended. (Peter H. King).
Having an oddly dreamlike quality.

When I came across this sculpture, it moved me to think of a time in our country where adults would stand in line for bare minimum rations. I wanted to capture the image as if you were walking by and looked over. I have other images with different angles, but because here you can see the darkness and feel the sadness.

The image is a bit murky on my monitor also. I will try to increase the brightness prior to posting. About the model, he is a professional model with extensive experience with sureal compositions. This was a costly shoot, but well worth it.

The final print does shoe more detail/texture in the legs and skirt. It may contain less contrast than desired due to the resizing for the web. Yes it is in the D.C. Metro area. Thanks, Scott
