Very nicely done. The overhanging tree is one of the better executions I have seen. I agree that the sign has to go, and for me the compositional balance is slightly off. It might work better by cropping in from the left enough to exclude the sign... this also removes the widening dark sky on the left, which tends to draw my eye out of the photograph. Crop from the right by the same amount... which balances the overall result better to my eye.
