that's my favorite of the whole series. for some reasons, I just can't help to associate almost every of your photos with the Bible. This series remindes me of the Adam- Eva story, and of course, I have a piece of poetry which comes wonderful with your picture. But because it is in Polish I will spare it for another time. well, he was German "Matejko" :)

Duerer was the most known and the best ( in my opinion) German painter of the Renaissance. I like him a lot, maybe that's why I thought about his engraving when I saw your picture. :)

I shouldn't read the previous comments because I just can't get La Gioconda out of my head! Of course, the white lilly suggests biblical connotations of innocence and Holy Mary...

I love the light and the model's pose- as she would be talking to the flower:).

I swear, I don't read the Bible very often!!( only if I really need it for my literary interpreattions) But I just can't help it, this picture is for me the modern version of the good Samaritan story... !!!
