I shot this 5 minute "storm" last winter on the open tundra in full
moonlight. Comments welcome.

I love atmospheric effects like this. You nailed a nice moment.

Nice work Dave! You made this overcast day into a true wonder. I love it.

There's a lot of beautiful stuff from you folks, and I really need to be a bit more active.
Thanks

Greetings. August 20th was one of the first nights dark enough to see the
aurora borealis after Solstice. I used this rock formation (about the
size of a house) to block out the brightest part of the northern
horizon. I LOVE Fuji's NPZ film. Comments and complaints are welcome.

Greetings. How's this overwater shot to work to complete the "mood" of
this otherwise dark night? Comments & complaints welcome.

... I can hear the frogs right now. Nature just doesn't get better than this. Nice work!

I'm new here, and welcome your comments. I cropped this frame (full
width) from a portrait-oriented shot. Tech details are posted.

Greetings:
This photo, taken just a few days ago, looks straight up, and
composition is a bit difficult. I tucked under some branches at a
local riverbed to get this shot. Comments (+) and (-) are welcome.
Our Sun is incredibly active now, and the next few days offer a
great opportunity for people living in mid-latitudes to finally see
this wonder.
