In my opinion it's much more nice that one without flash.

One more thing: it seems that your scanner has some problem...

Nice portrait, but I suggest you some improvements:

* The position of the hands is not natural, seems quite forced, so forced that my eyes spent long time on them, not on the face of the model.

* The shape of the arms and hands get my attention on the neck

* the hairs around the eyes make them a little to dark.

I hope to not bore you with these suggestion.

Anyway, nice photo!
