With Ron, his label hired me for the shoot not knowing that we already knew each other.

Worked out well.

This was shot on a Hasselblad with Polaroid Back. The shot happened very unexpectedly (or I would have had a Film back!!!!).

Thanks...but you have obviously never seen Joe in person :) He has an unearthly glow about him no matter what the lighting is...makes me stare at him.

It is kind of a lousy scan though...sorry about that.

I think that was Fuji Neopan 1600. I probably had a 35 2.8 Summaron wide open @ 1/15.

He was outside playing in the yard. I heard a blood-curdling scream and ran out (I was wearing my Rollei). When I didn't see pools of blood anywhere, I thought...."hey, nice shot" and did a quick sunny 16 guess.

And don't worry...he is a happy well-adjusted kid :)
