Thanks for your responses. I bought a 50mm 1.8 lens, and when I use my old 50mm Macro 3.4 lens it seems to works fine. It begs the questions wheather the lens may be defective? I'll run some more tests tomorrow with other lenses I have and see if it is an issue with the new lens.

I recently noticed a strange behaviour on my Olympus OM2-n. When I

turn the camera to Auto and take a picture the shutter speed is

slower that the speed indicated by the Viewfinder needle. If I take

another shot then the shutter speed works fine.

I replaced the batteries to no aval. Also in manual mode it works

fine.

Any ideas? Thansk in advanced.
