I think what adds to this is the design of tile or possibly wallpaper that you barely notice at first glance, It really seems to help in making Your subject(yourself) jump out from the tonality of the Photograph.I really like it!

I was walking along in Muncie, Indiana when I saw this hydrant and

had to photograph it.

I was standing less than 5 feet from these Canadian Geese that were standing on a high water point of the White River that had receded back to the main river stream. I thought they looked like they were on mars the way the ground looked when I took the Photograph.

I was walking into the downtown area of the city I live in (Muncie,

IN.) when I saw this laying on the concrete. It looked to have blood

or some sort corosive substance on the blade side of it.

There was an all day rock concert going on downtown that day.
