This is just a small project I am doing. One day I may complete a
whole calender...?

Really great picture, I like how it pics up the moment.
I know it was a pic of the moment, but if you ever try to do this again, maybe a little less blur with the people.

Taken with my Sigma 28-80 macro zoom. First time I was actually
happy with a flower/bug shot - I used the flash on my canon d30 to
get the bright colors. Cropped and leveled in photoshop, otherwise
un-altered. Any comments?

To me it feels like there are 2 focuses - the boat/dock combo and then the birds. This may sway the pic of a single focus. Good shot though!

Good focus on the single skull surrounded by all of the others.

awesome!

very mysterious looking...good composition. Maybe a bit more space to the right of the right tree would do better. Add more blank space to the right side...not much...but enough to get the branches away from the side.
-
I really like the shot as it is - the contrasting colors and the over exposure area, etc. Upon explaining what exactly it is, I appreciate it even more. Well done, and it works well with the description/actual shot!

Ha, comidical and well composed. I like the old look combining with the humor!
-
I feel there is too much space to the right...you could possibly take out the bush. Go closer to the tracks and get better detail if you can. Good idea, though.

Very provacative. Incredible shot.

I really like the perspective. Maybe if you put more light on his face would do well.

I took this in the basement of a building being built in my town.
There was this HUGE illiminating light behind this - thus the lens
flare and no background because of over exposure.
F/20
1.3 second exposure
ISO 400

I agree with more light on the body. Very good picture though. Spider looks huge, I **hope** its a macro!

Inside of a building being built in my town.
Any comments welcome.

Experiment with that 10D! Mess around with a wider aperture (2.8 or so) and focus on the background. This way you'll get a blurred fence and a nice focused background. The fence is too much into the face to make the photo acceptable.

Very awesome photo! I really like the effect...upside down on marble floor or something of the sort?

looks like some sort of military training tower. there are many of these kinds of towers in US military training centers. It may be a jump/line down to a lake to simulate some sort of landing.
