Christos, Thanks for the kind remarks.
The filter adds a little contrast to the sky, pops the clouds some, darkens the blue a little. The problem was trying to
get the sky without loosing the reflections in the pool under the limb, or turning the lake and sky blue/black. You have to adjust the filter for the subtle difference. This shot without the filter would have lost the feathery clouds into a pale blue sky and the reflections in the pool would have been just glare.

I tried the branch up and down framing. I chose this one because of the way it fit the clouds, and I wanted the reflection in the pool as well.
BTW - this is south side of the lake in Lake Shore Park looking north.
