High Noon :)
-
I think the picture is quite surreal (a giant orange balloon on the beach). The slanting horizon adds to that feeling. It's as if something has gone wrong with gravity. :D It looks more like the water is flowing down a hill while the balloon is struggling up. The version with corrected horizon doesn?t work at all for me.

Really nice colours and lighting and it's sharp. I gave my marks for the smaller image. The larger picture is much bigger than necessary and ,perhaps, is a little unkind to the photograph.

I love these pictures of man-made scenery: buildings, urban developments, ship yards etc. It's fun to go into the fine detail and see what's there. I do it with my own pictures - sometimes I even find people looking back at me.
This picture works for me because it makes me want to know what is at the other windows - what else am I missing.

The original plan was to go in closer and make the boats the
foreground but then I found the buttercups and clover.
-
I saw this while walking (I didn't set it up).

Yes, I opened the aperture as far as I could and focussed on the rope. The background (beyond the boat) wasn't very interesting so I wanted it to be completely blurred. I liked the colours and happily the blurring has made the orange more prominent.

I think it's a paperweight but at first glance I thought it was a shower head. The reflections add to the weirdness. :)

Nice idea - the Moon bouncing down stairs.
-
Really nice soft lighting - just a hint of shadow to add a little extra interest.
-
I like the colour change but the left-hand side looks a little muddled. I would crop it to remove the yellow flower and everything to the left of that.
I like the sharpness on the flower and the contrast betwee the dark blues and white.

Nice shot. Well spotted.
I like all three travel shots. The pastel colours make them a little different from the usual sun, sea, sand and deep blue sky. They also work well as thumbnails.

I've taken so many shots of this pier. I'm sure there's an
interesting picture to be dragged out of it somehow. :) I'm not sure
whether the silhouetted detail at the bottom adds interest or just
makes it look cluttered.

I like this one. The quality of light has given the picture an almost fairytale appearance.

Nice macro - very sharp.

I really like the colours.

I guess it's a pet dog but it looks far wilder. :)
The crop has made it interesting - a little mysterious. I want to know what the rest of the animal looks like. :)
I would have liked a little more DOF so that the tongue is sharp. I guess the picture has been enlarged digitally as the tongue area looks a little boxy.

I liked the pattern of the black and white wings against the black
background.
comments welcome.

I consider putting it in the portrait section. :)
Ducks can be surprisingly expressive.

I like the low angle. Good sharpness on the main swan particularly given that this is an action shot.
If I have any criticism it would be that perhaps the swan at the far left could be cropped out. Also the horizon is a bit wonky. I think it's a very nice shot.
