    I was in Quebec City last month and took the exact same image from the exact same place on the stairs with a similar lens. :) Mine was on color negative film though, and the light and clouds weren't nearly as nice. It's just startling to see the exact same shot. Also, as a result of this I must recuse myself from any critique of your version. :)

    I think it's toast. But perhaps it should be a larger piece of toast, so that it can more effectively indicate "busy morning" rather than "about to play football in fishnets". :)
