Hmmmm... my eyes go more to the dark upper portion than the ice. Maybe you should crop out the top more and emphasize the cool ice field.

Nice colors! Probably would've been just as good or better if you got rid of the green part on the right. The flower itself is very strong. -

A tight vertical crop on the central building would've been much more effective. There's just too much wasted space here.

Great photo, Brad! I like the composition and the colors a lot. The exposure is spot on with detail and sharpness throughout. A horizontal shot with the white cliffs on the left side would have worked too probably. But I like this composition a lot. Nice work!

Terrific photo. The lighting and the reflections are fantastic. Just not sure what the things in the middle are... more wood like the bottom right? -
