1.
This was in a bunch of 8x10 Deardorff stuff. Looking for a name or accurate description of what it is called. One knob opens and closes the aperture, the other one locks it.
Thanks
2. I have thought about selling the equipment here but since I am selling for the

college I have to be careful. It could be perceived that I am selling it to a

"friend" with a little deal on the side. With ebay it is open to the highest bidder.

The auctioned can be monitored by anyone that has my seller ID, I have a

paper trail of the transaction, the item will sell in 7-10 days. I also have a

deadline to get the money in hand by the middle of Febuary.

  4. The macros are what got me into the older canon cameras and this system

that I am selling the pieces from.

Last year I bought a Canon F1 system from a police auction, with the purpose

of reselling it to make some money. It was an evidence technician system. It

had the 50mm FL macro, 55mm FL f1.2, vivitar zoom, wide angle, speed

finder, flash and some other items. I used it for a little while, then sold it like I

promised myself I would. I regretted it almost as soon as I cashed the check.

Another auction came up from a different source that had the same 50mm

macro and 55mm f1.2 in new condition in a box of camera stuff, I bought that,

traded some stuff in at a camera show and got myself another F1.

My wife just smiles and shakes her head as I sit in the living room with this

stuff and play with it. Gotta love our "hobbies".

Some examples of what I shot with the first equipment.

  5. Was it all Mint or well used? I would classify most of the equipment near mint.

I will try and show this though the pictures. The bodies and a couple of the

    zooms show some use.

    A collector's outfit or a pro photographer's kit? This was from a hobbyist/

collector. He bought the outfit over many years.

What state are you in? Michigan

Do you take paypal? I think a can though I have not done it yet.

  6. All items listed are Canon

Pretty sure I will sell these items:

    35mm tilt/shift f2.8 SSC with BW-58 hood

    300mm f4 FD w/ tripod mount, 1x filter

    500mm reflex fixed f8 w/ tripod mount, 1x filter

    70-210 zoom FD f4

    Booster T Finder

    Speedlite 155a

    Speedlite 133d w/ flash auto ring for 50mm f1.8 or 35mm f2

    Waist Level finder old F1

    Waist Level finder new F1

    Angle Finder B

50mm macro FL 3.5 with life size adapter

Also have a 35-70 FD f4 auto focus lens, is cracked by the battery

compartment, have not had a chance to see if it works.

Was this Canon's first "auto-focus" lens?

Possibly these items, depending on what I get for the above items:

Complete Auto Bellows system with 20mm f3.5 lens, dual cable

release, Macro Auto-Ring, Slide duplicator, manual.

    100mm FD macro F4

    Stuff I hope to keep:

    15mm,

    28mm,

    50mm,

    85mm soft focus,

    200mm macro,

    400mm,

    speed finder old F1,

    speed finder new F1.

I have an old F1 and A1 body with zoom lenses that I will try and

    sell to local photo students.

    Any thoughts, suggestions?

I will try and get some photos up this weekend.

    Thanks,

    Steven

  7. Thanks for all the replies.

I bought the system from a guy who is switching to digital. I have three bodies

    F1, F1N, A1. Various view finders(4), screens(5), motor drives(3), flashes(3),

    10 lenses.

The ones I like are the 15mm, 85mm soft focus, 100mm macro, 200mm

macro, 500mm reflex. I probably will be selling the zooms, 300mm f4, 400mm

f4, and the tilt shift(I have let our photo instructor at the college where I work

take a look at it). I also have a complete auto bellows system along with the

slide duplicator attachment, various extension tubes.

I hope to sell enough to pay for it all and be able to keep my favorites.

I am leaving for vacation tonight so you will not hear from me for about a

week, but I will check the board through early afternoon.

    Thanks again,

    Steven
