Taken on a dreary winter day with a Holga 120s toy camera.

W, great shot, as usual, butthis time, I thing you have exceeded your normally high standards. -Jeff M.

Mountain Goats are ubiquitous on Mt. Evans west of Denver. They have
no fear of man, and are quite adept at panhandling. Their fearlessness
suggested this treatment. Note the people at the bottom near the lake.
This lake is Summit Lake just below Mt. Evans (14,266 ft).

Captured this one on my way home from the lab in Florida. No special
equipment, just a Pentax K1000 and 50 mM lens. Print from slide.

Moonrise during Sunset, over Former New College Library (Charles
Ringling Mansion), Sarasota, FL
(print from slide, subsequently scanned)

This is an inverted print of a lightning photo taken at 2 am on slide
film, which was printed and scanned with no other modifications.

The non-inverted original is in my folder titled 'eclectic images'. I got lucky with this one. The lightning was just in front of the rain. The sky was sufficiently dark to allow long exposure at bulb setting on a tripod with a cable release, to permit me to capture this single strike. The rain caught up with the storm just after this, causing subsequent lightning bursts to overexpose due to reflection from the rain. The shot was taken from the middle of the road at 2 AM.
