Hi, I posted before on a different section on this forum about a

Canon G3 and I got a lot of very useful advice, so I thought I would

ask another question. I was wondering what everyone's opinions on

the Fuji 3800 model digital camera is. Thanks.

Thank you so much for all of your views. I will have to look into the other cameras mentioned. And yes, I will definitely have to actually see these cameras before I buy one. Ive seen the G3 but at both places I went to, they were hooked up, but not able to take pictures.. security or something i'm sure. Again, thanks. If any more people have anything to say, I would greatly appreciate it.

anyways, Hi, please bear with me, as I am a complete beginner in

photography. I have been looking into buying a digital camera with

about 3-4 mega pixels and I was looking at perhaps buying the canon

g3. I have a question, though... I have been interested in having a

camera for normal pictures and then I was also looking for one

capable of doing macro photography. I was wondering, is it necessary

to purchase the macro lense for the canon g3? Or, does it have

enough zoom to be sufficient without the extra lense? Thanks. Also,

if you have any suggesstions of what camera would be a good one for

a beginner with a price range up to $450 at the highest, please

help. thanks very much and I look forward to hearing your

advice/opinions.
