    Superb image Leigh.

One of the best from the recent postings, again.

I like the slightly more complicated composition...; the reading of the image last a bit longer for me. The rendition/treatment more on the neutral side is giving a feel of truth/reality and presence to the elements.

I'd buy a print of this one...

I'm leaving for a month...going on an island in the middle of the St. Lawrence Gulf with my family and ...my 4X5...I guess I'll have your "work" in mind while shooting on the shore...

    Salut

    Thanks for the inspiration

That's a really great photograph Leigh,it's also part of a great series.

As Eric mentionned the little piece of mist is just fantastic that way.

I'm also fascinated by how the sky goes from a low ceiling aspect, in the distance, to an almost vertical wall seen in the upper part of the frame all due to the super wide lens...hope it makes sens.

I see , in this particular image , a stronger relation/contrast/ opposition between the solide/tangible/ organic/mineral nature of the foreground and the vaporous undefined sky...

    Salut

    Another great image.

I like to be involved(can I say that?)in the image from the near forground to above the wave, slightly to the right.

Brightness is great as is for me, as it participates to the dynamic and joyefulness of the scene...

    Salut

    Diaphane,

    Like glass or something delicate.

"Equivalent" series from "S" was a very avant-gardiste theme and artistic work for the time. And it was in our neck of the wood...I mean... your's...Salut Mark
