Congratulations for being POW !! Great image indeed. To my friends here at the discussion, I would like you to remind you te LOGO og UNICEF.....it's similar. I like this image cuz. at the fist instinct only, I could uderstand what it is trying to symbolise. Something coming right from the sky above nad hence the background of sky. Though, the hands are trying to catch an unusual 'object', but I don't think it matters as long as the symbolism is emphatic. And it is this symbolism, what I like of this PHOTOGRAPH.
Colors are contrasty and attractive. It will be surely one photograph which can be taken to a fine arts museum to depict the inteect of a human being.
I can see the parallel between human mind which thousands year back got the idea of making a straight line using this technique and Steve's idea of doing the same at his home. It's a very innocent and at the same time very motivating work !!!
Congrats again Steve

Lovely Shot Arun !! Nice colors and I love it !!

I used to go to Pauri SrinNagar too. Rishikesh is very nice place. Like the serenity of the place. Try shooting this bridge from the edge of it. I am sure it will give that shot some gr8 special effects !

I like this shot. So beautifully composed with some lovely colors. And to me, this image is UNMANIUPLATED. God knows, what shall happen if everyone uses a KODAK 400 with 50mm prime lens, to make them "This is the reality" shot. This one is great. Curtis, I saw your other photographs too, and they are just awesome !!! Way to Go !!

Well, if you do not flip the photograph, do you expect to shoot the photograph upside down or would you ever expect to see in the image info "Please check the pic upside down".
I feel that flipping the photograph in a photo editor is the only "PRACTICAL" way of attracting the viewers interest. Since the shadow is much bigger than the orignal, as well as the fact, that, a shadow could be easily identified had it not been flipped.
Good Effort Marcio !! Congratulations on POW !!
