    Beautifully done Beau...

The softness is just right, the lighting is masterful, and the composition and pose are excellent. What do you intend to do now that you have mastered photography??? Kidding... I look forward to your next work...

I love everything about this image. It is a workshop on composition (the use of diagonal lines is intriguing, and I love the crop), one of the best examples of high key photography that I have seen, and it is uncommon. This is a photographic "tour de force". There is much to learn from your image and technique. Thank you for sharing. Well done Sascha!
  1. Overall, a good first effort. I like the pose, but the image seems flat to me, and the shadow on her right arm and head detracts from the image. The crop seems a little too tight as well. Certainly better than my first though!
  2. Hi Ken,

I like this shot for the pose and the use of space in general, but the crop has cut off the left arm and some hair. There also seems to be a pink cast to the background, although this may have been intentional. It seems strange to my eye. Perhaps the lighting was uneven? Great overall concept though.

Very nice shot. A little hot on the right elbow and breast and could benefit from a little bit of light on the hair to bring it out. I like the pose and the crop. Looking forward to seeing mor of your work!
  3. Damn... You can't seem to get any privacy can you???

I feel rather voyeuristic walking in on you while you are doing all of these private things... Please accept my profound apologies...

All kidding aside, interesting series of photos...

Thank you all for your comments. The lighting for this photo was brutal... This shot was taken at a photo course on a very sunny day, but the worst of it was the wind. There was a lot of dirt and sand being picked up by the wind, leading to tough conditions for the model.
