Head Shot Help! in Portraits & Fashion Posted June 16, 2003 I just received a call from a friend of a friend asking if I would do a black & white headshot of her sixteen-year-old daughter. I would love nothing more than to start a career in photography, so I want to do the shoot, but my experience level at this point is intermediate. I know that most are shot in a studio. I can borrow some lights and a backdrop, but I am not terribly comfortable with the set-up. Any advice on how to set up head shots using natural light would be great, or should go ahead and work with a studio set-up? As for my cameras, I have a medium format Bronica and a 35mm Canon Elan 7. Both have "portrait lenses" in their respective formats. Please help!!!
