I think I would like this pic a lot more if there wasn't so much water in the foreground. I understand you're trying to show the reflection of the clouds, but the detail in the sky is much more prominent and the detail of the reflection just doesn't match it. Just my $0.02 though.

Nice change up on a classic Minnesota scene. I think I've seen 100 different shots from this vantage point, all some variation of blue sky, puffy clouds and water, and that makes me appreciate the originality of this all the more.

 

If I had been there I might have tried another with the point a little farther to the right and the lighthouse a little higher in the frame, in order to not have quite so much empty space, but that's just me.
