actually .. i took this one from another ship .. and was restricted a bit by the capabilities of the lens .. but i do feel that you are right about the wake .. will try again ..but sadly the ice is gone ..

you caused me tremendous pain, Robert .. my camera is in the shop and my regular computer is being upgraded .. pictures like this make me want to go out there and do a 2-year camping trip to wherever .. but i will rise once the camera fixing god smiles upon me once more and slaps me in the face with the bill .. this is tremendous shot and while i do think that this effect is simply fabulous, i think it would have been an outstanding piece of photography without it as well .. l.d.

amazing .. did you edit this in any way? .. 'cos i do detect, that the motion blur is a bit .. unnatural .. the cart seems to be moving in both directions .. but thats probably just me .. excellent work, man, happy happy joy joy

fence by salvador dali .. i have noticed, that lonely farmlands like this often bring out an almost surreal creativity in people .. creating something out of nothing (i mean the fence not the photo).. i like this pic very much .. the compression is a bit dodgy but i imagine on a great-big color print it looks absolutely stunning ..

lovely .. the technique is deffinalety nice .. have you ever tried to remove the paper strip from the side? .. is this at all possible? .. without photoshop that is..? -

Estonia is apparently not a member also .. but you can pay for photo.net subscription by International Money Order .. you should be able to do that in your local bank .. or online, by using a service like BidPay.com or something like that .. all you need is the address .. and that is provided on the page that talks about subscription .. hope it helps, love your pictures, Lee

they say that a picture should tell a story .. and that a picture says a thousand words .. to me this picture tells a thousand stories .. and i can't remember the words .. and .. to top it off .. its a great shot of a great friend mine .. absolutely fabulous!

i think its a great peace of photoshop handling .. and a great slide to begin with .. must be quite a beauty attached to this eye ..

Allthough i deffinately agree that text in a photo is generally a bad idea .. in this case it works beatyfully to create that 1910 feeling .. as the prints that have survived from that time often have scribbled text on them.

perhaps the halo is a bit too .. big .. but a beautyful shot anyhow .. i especially like that the baby seems to be sleeping oblivious to the fact that there is a huge halo on top of his/her head .. i believe that is exactly how a real saint would act .. nice idea and i'll deffinately try something along these lines as soon as i become a father :)

i have about 10 of similar looking panoramas from the beginning of the 20th century .. i love them .. and i love this one .. its a splendid piece of work .. thank you
