I love this shot! However, the reflection of the candy seems a bit off and not very realistic. I apologize for not being able to describe this in detail. None the less, you have a great photo here!

Beautiful colors. IMO Mt. Rainier and the Space Needle are too close to the right edge of the photo. The skyline on the left lacks interest.

I think that you are correct. If I had turned to the right I would have captured more of the arches (which are more interesting than the dark trees) and more color.
