This almost does justice to the most beautiful sunrise I've witnessed
in my life. Shot somewhere between Mandalay and Bagan in Myanmar
(Burma). Let me know how I could have made it better.

Margaret, I hope you don't take my critique/comments personally. I'm learning too and just felt the need to put my two cents in on this image. Ok.
I first looked at the image and felt there was something interesting inside the image but it felt unfinished. The more I looked at it the more I felt overwhelming potential for a kick ass composition to come out of that scene. Personally I think B&W is a better direction and maybe even a sepia toned image eventually. I would love to see you explore this scene some more for that prized composition with all the lines and contrasts the exists in the scene. I see something interesting in this image but I don't think it's "The One" - hope I don't sound like the matrix :).
Again I hope you take this as constructive critiquing/commenting from a learning photographer. I hope you do explore this some more if possible. All the best Margaret.

Beautuful, soft, artful. Very nice work.

Clean, simple, sexy. I don't usually comment on glamour photos but I think this one is tastfully done. There is nothing extraordinary about the subject matter but the aesthetics and subtle emotional appeal sets it apart from most. Nice work.

Wow! My first comment on this site. I like the composition however I don't like the lighting. Maybe the lighting setup could be different. I think too many distinct shadows and maybe too much light all around the model. More diffused well placed light might appeal to me more. Be aware that I am not a studio photographer although I like studio photography. I hope someone more knowledgeable can follow up on my comments.
Comprehension of the purpose.
