I like the picture and the vintage feel. But for me the woman just does not look like she is tired or sleepy. Nice portrait though.

Never really sure if the balance of light is correct.
I have not done any HDR lately, prefer standard adjustments, contrast etc.
Honest feedback welcomed.

Looks like a cool view, nice capture. Hope you and yours have a Merry Christmas Len.

I just bought the vr version of this lens, it will be interesting to compare.
I would prefer a wider crop and a touch lower to include the radius of the lid.

One of the best pictures I have seen in some time, a great combination of color and moment in time, very good stuff. best to you ... dennis

This came out very well Len, the light and contrasts work perfectly.
Nice moment in time captured ...

I do like the infrared look of the scene.
Well seen and captured.

I like the choice of b&w it seems to bring chrome out well. The curves of the car look nice at this angle. They complement the hood ornament. Did you try cloning out the dark area beyond the fender on the right? Thanks for the feed back on the house. Looks nice. Been laid up a few days. My car was hammered by a truck doing 40 mph and I am still sore. My car was standing still.

Len the correcting edit work does help improve the documentary picture. I did some work on other pictures I took that day. This one was pretty much out of the camera till to spiced it up. BTW it is a Shaker Home that is part of the village in Butler County.

First snow of the season.

This is a good one Len, I like the light and the color.
Her pose works well with her expression, all good timing and or planing, sometimes both.
I would give about 1/16 more both sides, but you know me and cropping.
Cheers friend! ....

I can not say I have very little work in this area. One thought is to look at the clothing and how it is effected by the pose. When my son was a baby he had a overall jean a outfit some what like this one and the only way it photographed well was laying or being held.
I think the light and color came out very well. If I we to do anything I would add more pillows and lean the child back just a bit. Have a Happy New Year Len, Cheers, Dennis

Excellent capture, I have seen this building before from I think about the same spot.
I forgot the photographers name, but it is a impressive building. Did you try it in mono?
-
Thanks Greg, I like the vin effect but not 100% on the crop.
I do like it lower and closer but a touch less, tried it after your thoughts.
Not the vin effect since I have not tried it before other than with a camera.
Your thoughts are very much appreciated, I tend to lean to far towards minimalism.

A old building some where in South West Ohio

Interesting lines and curves of sand. I wish the light was a little less bright on the right for more depth. The line down the middle is entrancing ...

I like the lines, the moon is a cherry on the architectural work.

I agree with Mark, I think the hand in focus would help with her dark looking eyes with this shadow. I like the pose but if dof is changed maybe move left her hand closer, say 3-4"

Good mood but over all just to soft for my tastes. Just some honest input.

This is hard to critique since is has both a nature and art based theme.
The ring and what seems to be text of some sort, it seems thought provoking.

Well hung ...

The picture shows the water droplets near flawlessly and with the back ground color it appears to be a necklage of crystal. I find it very hard to critique this picture since you have nailed all the things needed in the depth of field and light. One of the bst over all water droplet pictures I have seen in some time.

I like how you varied the work to bring out the dog. As mentioned it seems close to what you likely saw with your eyes. The brighter version has some merit as well, almost can be pumped more to a higher key. I wish I had taken a capture of the moment, nice work.
