The overly done makeup with bad lighting makes this an incredibly bad picture. I checked your portfolio, your other pictures are not like this...

No matter how I tried, I just can't make any sense out of your picture. Maybe a little focusing could help. Since you don't like low ratings, I am not going to give you that and hope you had better scores from those that understood you, thus no rating from me.
