wonderfull.

that's a beauty. With this one i was hoping for some similar effect, but i'm not completely happy with it...
About the red (or orange?) filter: maybe it's just a tiny little bit over the top? Maybe you could keep the really real black for the shadows, and the sky an ever so slightly little bit less black?
-
It depends on what you want. The Velvia one looks like an old postcard that's been sitting in the little mill outside the tourist shop in rain and shine for the last 40 years... i actually collect those early colour postcards... but someone else(and possibly the photo editor) would prefer the second. Technically speaking, i have no clue about colour (-film). It's a science on itself. good luck!
-
the lack of detail in the darker shadows seems one of the side effects of the pola, but it looks quite nice to me, and the blue sky is o.k. as well. But the green grass (and, actually, the green haze all over the picture) looks quite funny dont you think? Or did that happen in PS?
-
somehow i still can't find this picture boring. But if you can, please tell me, and why.
cheers,
-
that's a very impressive website! highly recommended...
-
come on, another mirrored image? I'm sorry, but for originality i would give it a 2.

yep i like this one too. Pity their feet are not in the frame! If you ask me, your pictures are very nice as soon as you turn away from the ordinary touristy sunsets etc.
-
sorry, to me it's just another lousy sunset photo. Maybe if you changed the colours a bit it would have been more obvious that it is the moon we're looking at. But then, still.
-
wow, that low? can anyone tell me why?
-
would have given a higher rating if i saw more of the arms, and more from below (although the unsharp heads to the left fall nicely above the arm). A good try.
-
another beauty. Maybe you could dodge the rabbit just a _tiny_ little bit?
-
another lovely picture. this one IS a party to look at!
-
jon i really like your photos. Not too ambituous or flashy but great subject matter and lovely details. This one, for instance; the little plastic bag! Did you see it before you took the photo or only afterwards? anyway, that doesn't _really_ matter, it's a great shot.

... and then give the guy's face a bit more attention
-
try to get closer and /or get the faces. I would like to see something like this:
-
crazy picture, with the big contrast in emotions.
-
good picture, but maybe you could darken the wall to the (upper) right a bit?
-
curious to hear some critique - i don't trust my own judgement here,
as i'm completely partial for this unknown, mysterious girl, even
with her somewhat dumb-looking companion...
-
very good, just my cup of landscape tea
-
shouldnt this be in the 'street' section?
-
great
-
don't understand why people would rate it so poorly...
