    Waiting for Spring

perfect shot! The two ladies would've already been 7's in my opinion, but add in the graffiti and you've really got something special here. Excellent sharpness and B&W tones. Can't say enough about this one, really

    Can't wait to see more

wonderful reflection with great contrast and color. Probably just me, but would be tempted to flip it vertical?

Thanks for your visit to my chinatown photo as well!

    Take care

seen the technique a few times, but don't think I've ever seen one with different colors. Really adds a new twist and works great. Beautiful shot!

have no idea of even half of what you had to do to get this effect, but REALLY love the outcome. Maybe I watch too many movies,or maybe it's the sepia tones and quasi-grain, but brought to mind some of the meloncholy and surrealism of 1940's Germany. Excellent work

this is "while" she's swimming? Stunning if it is (stunning if it isn't, but if you were able to freeze he while in action, I'm in awe!)

Gorgeous black and white, love the water drops. Beautiful work!

excellent for an band shot (it is, isn't it? If not, get them some instruments and they've at least got the publicity shot already :-)

Only thing (total nitpick) I might think about would be the discrepancy (sp) in their looks. The two "serious" looks might be cliche', but they work really well and clash (for me anyway) with the slight grin in front. Oh well. Great shot over all!

Beautiful shot. Has a nice sadness and wintery/autumn feel to it. Love the warm tones of light... any thoughts on flipping it vertical? (maybe too obvious and might detract? Not sure myself)

one of the coolest places I've ever been with my camera. Looks like you found an angle I never even saw (not that that's hard to do of course :-)

    Excelent composition!

bet color would've been interesting here (black and white (for me anyway) would've been super powerful if you'd left out the grass and ground cover maybe).

Anyway, far from a critique, just a personal thought really. Nice work!

Great shot. Absolutely love the contrast of the sleepy disintrested dog with the shopping hubub (sp). Not sure, but kinda think I'd have prefered the shoppers to be minding their own business rather than checking out the dog, but that's probably just me. Perfect find, and great shot... if I may repeat myself

and, true to his "purple-haze" ish jacket, after he was done ripping this solo, he poured lighter fluid all over it and set it ablaze. Crowd loved it!

I'd be nervous that my robot would outdo me (by far) though! Then I'd have to resort to sabatoging it by running down its camera batteries first, or not formatting its flash cards before sending it out. I'm a very poor loser unfortunately (by the way, that's someone who doesn't lose well, not someone with no life or money, though that's not far from the truth either now that I think of it :-)

love the shot! How'd you get the circular lighting? unfortunate that you didn't get the uppermost part of the plant "sharp", but not a big deal really (and awfully hard to control in the field with wind etc...) Really a wonderful outcome
