Great catch, and the timing is such that it looks like the last fella is trying to make up his mind, do I go left or do I go right is a key aspect of this great shot, mainly because he is facing right with the body and looking left.
I see a this being a great shot to use with a poster with some caption about leaders and followers, or follow your own path etc..
