Excellent use of light to raise the texture of all the surfaces. And the full range of tones from black to blown out adds a lot as well.

I like how you've got the waters calm, through long exposure I assume. And the line of the bridge are dynamic and clean. Contrast is right on. And you have details in those clouds.

I'm not sure what I think of the blurred area. Not too distracting, but I do notice it. Then again, it goes with the mood of the photo. Good use of contrast. Introspective feel comes over very strongly.

Technically near excellent. A few minor gripes on focus. Tonality is nice and the idea is different and abstract.
