Out of a scene from Baraka. Nice!
I like the grainy texture, the white, and the sense of depth. If Mercedes' head would have come complete I think I would have like it even better (if a protrait of her was the objective).
Best,

Hey Franz,
I think this is a very impressive photo and very original! Congratulations!
I would tend to agree with Michele in that a small cropping on the left would help. I imagine this was a not an easy shot and if I read correctly it was f4,8 and 1/77 with ISO200. In my screen the focus does not seem the sharpest in the forefront and a smaller aperture could have helped. Of course, this type of afterthoughts don't help much...
It's a beautiful pic.

Hola Alberto,
This is not the first photo I see from you around here and I confess I pretty much like them all up to now. I like the depth sense in this one, given by the road and the layering of the mountain background. It was a good location choice. I like the human-made side that the road gives to the scene.

This is a typical sunday afternoon in the park in front of the house
where I grew up in Buenos Aires.
I would appreciate comments. Thanks.

Very nice photograph Scott! In my opinion it really communicates the "just bought this great record" feeling. Congrats. Not to be just adulatory I only add this: I would have liked the complete head and back of the chair inside the frame (this is a very humble comment, I think the shot is very nice). Cheers,
