I like the photo... but two things... It's called Red Shoes but I have to actually look for the shoes. With that title I would expect to be drawn to the shoes first... I wasn't.
Also the hands. So many "fashion" photographers (and others too) miss the hands in the pose. Hands that are "fisting" as these are stop the eye action from covering the entire body. and are so NOT-elegant. Pay attention to the hands...even work with the models and their hands to be more elegant with them, especially for fashion... elegance is important.
Otherwise the photo drew me to look at it closer and that is good

Very nice photo ...technically fine... but lose the tilted picture. I studied photography at FIT (Fashion Institute) in NYC. All of us (nearly) brought out pictures of model in the beginning tilted to one angle or another. The teacher gave them back to us asking why the tilt. Of course we had our reasons, but he said. "If you have to tilt the picture to make it look good then you didn't take the picture right in the first place. Use a better angle or change the lens to make int more interesting or maybe it's a poor pose".
So now one way I mark a picture and a photographer is tilting the picture to make it look better... lose the tilt.
Otherwise it's nice and so is she...

The big question in my mind is ...Do her eyes grab you? Then does it
entice you to read the rest of the Ad and next does that send you to the
website to see more?
That's why I put the whole Ad in and not just the photo. the Ad justifies
the photo and the cropping. Tell me what you think please...

This was a bridge along the road and a friend had said we need to go
see it. It didn't look like much from the road but it made a pretty picture.

View of an old Indian on horseback overlooking the road into the
reservation. This was the fall of 2006 but it looks like a post card
setup or one for an old western. Tell me what you think...

As the mist was receding this was the view. The Lake was hidden and
the mountain cliffs behind unseen. It gave it a kind of Old World
Asian feel, right in southern NY State.

Are people so narrow minded or do they just not understand how to
rate pictures. When I put this in under portraits it got two people
that gave 3's and the other version had one 3. Are people so
prejudiced that all they see is the Islamic suggestion and not her
gorgeous eyes? Or do they just not know how to rate. Whatever it
is ...no way this is below average. Call it average if you like but
certainly not below average. Consider that overall what you see in
the general rating area is average. then rate it. Be real not stupid.

Here is a wide view since one comment was that maybe a wider view
would be better...I like the other view myself

30 years of heat haven't treated this slide well. But it's better

This is Stashi. I put her in white and softened it to bring the attention to
her eyes and lips. It was a jewelry photoshoot ... but this pic is all about
the eyes.
